I currently work in BBVA bank, as a service designer and at the same time, I work with other companies as an innovator mentor, whether with startups or companies that want to apply design thinking in their process.
Maybe you are wondering how do I use design thinking in banking? What is the added value I contribute with?
Right now I'm working in a discovery program, where worthy solutions are created for bank's customers, but not only worthy solutions for customers but friendly and compatible with the technology used by BBVA, wich becomes in profitable products.
It'ss a win- win policy.
